This document serves as both an introduction & overview of a strategy to release Dick Zimmerman’s photography, film and art as NFTs. The strategy focusses on creating 200 NFT scenes in a story-verse, where audiences can buy the trade fragments of the story over time .

Through its premise – “in the Metaverse you live forever, and you will never die” – the collection. portrays the Metaverse as. an ‘embodied’ Internet where stars from the past are brought back to life in time where we as audiences can use technology to embody characters in AR & VR, giving them a new life. The collection takes advantage of the fact that Dick Zimmerman created candid video, photography, and paintings of over 200 stars – creating 200 NFT scenes in a connected narrative. As many of the characters are now dead, the collection. plays to the themes of Blockchain where moments in time are etched in time in a global database that cannot be altered as proof you existed but also proof of your re-birth! . Each scene in the film has its own ‘sub’ plot, but collectively they tell the same story of renaissance.

Part 1 Is to release 200 story ‘spaces’ – one for each star. Each scene builds over time as we fill out a collection for each star, including animated paintings, animating photos and never before seem videos. As the story fills out , the concept gains more followers which intern increases the valuation of the entire collection.

Part 2 of the strategy will examine marketing and in particular how to preach to the converted — ie the current crypto native market —& balancing this traditional marketing buzz.

Part 3 of the strategy will then examine previously unseen photography and related material from moments before and after ‘seen’ photography . It is important to also understand that short term revenue goals need to be weighed up against building long term value the entire collection. We believe that drops need a careful balance between the two objectives ,with the ultimate aim of increasing the total value of the total portfolio over time.

Part 1 NFT Drop Strategy

The strategy is to have four ‘mega’ NFT drop building virally around (i) Michael Jackson’s Thriller, (ii) Lisa Marie Presley, (iii) Marilyn Monroe, (iv) Twenty Seven Club — fuelled by a number of premium NFT drops. While these progress all of Zimmerman’s art will be uploaded into the ‘Dream Channel’ — each piece will sit in its own gallery portal ‘space’ along with any other related pieces — where they can be viewed and build an audience virally . One by one these art pieces will be added to specific NFT ‘drop’ — auctioned off with a the related set.

Traffic will be driven from larger NFT market places to the Zimmerman Dream Channel through a series of links. Auctions may link to , or may even be run on larger sites to maximise traffic.

The Michael Jackson NFT sale will take around 2–3 months from inception today. It will be delivered in stages spilling over into next year —leveraging the 40th anniversary of Thriller .

1. Drop #1

The first Zimmerman drop needs to make waves. We recommend the following Michael Jackson drop, to take place as three separately spaced drops that build on each other.

A. Michael Jackson Thriller Drop (part 1)

(i) Three Thriller themed works of art

The first ever NFT’s for this art will be uploaded to the Dream Channel and will be collectible on a non commercial basis. We recommend that the original Michael

(ii) Animated Version of ‘Michael Spider’ The animated version of Michael Spider only needs to be subtle and should include “sound design” . This requires discussion with Dick. Dream Channel can provide the resources to produce this.

The top level brief is for the spider to crawl down Michael’s arm, under his shirt, up his chest and into his mouth.

**There will also be a second interactive version done in AR where the spider also crawls onto a real surface in front of you **

(iii) Michael Jackson AR Hologram

A second interactive NFT is required — Giving Birth to Hologram.

Top level brief:

Starting with the cover photo of Thriller, we morph into the painting version (Michael Spider) , which then begins to animate, turning into a video showing Michael getting his make up done prior to the shoot — finally giving birth to a Michael Jackson Hologram — in the style of the Michael Spider painting.

The hologram can be viewed in AR and sent around as an AR Hologram message virally

(iv) Interactive Version of ‘Michael Spider’

Immersive art is the next big wave and who better to set the bar than Michael Jackson ! Immersive art offers the artist a way to create an extension of the artists premise through effects that include art melting , art expanding across the room, morphing twisting art , the art providing access into another hidden world etc. A discussion with Dick is required here of course. Dream Channel can provide resources to produce this NFT.

The current brief is for the spider to crawl down onto the carpet. Suddenly there are two, then three, then a plague. The Owls eyes watch the action, it grows wings and begins swooping around the rooms walls. Michael Jackson steps out and onto the carpet. The spiders flock to him, a mosh pit forms, they begin to dance, and then … they invade him, he turns to dust. . Giving birth to a hologram of Michael Jackson …collectible in AR

(iv) White Suit NFT

The white suit can be sold and an NFT without any digital creation, however we should discuss creating an art piece to accompany this NFT

B. Michael Jackson Thriller Drop (part 2)

(i) Original ‘Michael Spider’ Portrait Sale

Holding this original portrait back and selling it as a separate piece increases its value, as the connected digital NFT’s are already sold. This creates ‘buy’ pressure . There are some strategic things to think about re where the art is actually stored — as this can help the sale price & re-sale.

C. Michael Jackson Thriller Drop (part 3)

(i) Never Before Seen Thriller Photos

Once again using the NFT medium, we have the chance to make history by selling photos from either side of the photo that was actually used on the Thriller cover. This plays into the ethos of the Blockchain, selling moments in time that people know but have never seen.

2. Marilyn Monroe (Drop 3)

The story around the Marilyn Monroe collection will drive the demand . Placing the artworks in their own space so they can be viewed while the other main drops are progressing will generate the required discussion.

3. SHOCK ROCK ‘ENIGMA’ DROPS ( Drop 4)

The plan is to do a number of Shock Rock Drops building towards the release of the Twenty Seven Club NFT. Shock ‘Rock Enigma Drops’ are not just digital NFT’s . The aim is to create a set of collectible ‘rock enigma’ characters that are

shareable in AR,
owners can embody them in VR mode.

Rock Drops also give us the opportunity to explore adding “sounds” . We don’t need the record companies, but let’s open the doors and get them thinking about getting in on the next Rock Drop maybe?

The Twenty Seven Club NFT

The plan is to do a number of Shock Rock Drops building towards the release of the Twenty Seven Club NFT . This NFT will be interactive and more akin to an NFT Movie where each character can be collected separately. Only by owning the entire set do you unlock the ‘prize’ . This will drive demand for the Twenty Seven Club collection. The concept of selling NFT art in fragments that make up a whole is a constant theme of NFT’s that have this possibility.

4. STAR ENIGMAS (Drop 5)

We will release actors as enigma characters living inside the NFT world. Brought to life through a mix of animation and mobile AR Holograms, they offer the collector an interactive experience through ownership. Expect the market reaction to bringing back a dead person, or someone who is now forever young inside Dream Channel to be controversial to say the least. Again the concept of mortality and digital identity will be a constant theme.

5. Gallery Spaces 1st Release

As discussed in the introduction, & line with the concepts of outlined above, while the main NFT drops build a market price. Dream Channel will allocate around 100 artworks their own ‘portal space’ inside the channel. Once they are up , we will add animated NFT’s to each space collection. Once we are happy with each collection we will price / auction accordingly
